About Me

Thanks for taking the time to check out my website! Below you’ll find a small selection of works I’ve created over the years, followed by a brief description of my experience and preference of each medium. I have about 14 years of professional art experience with which I’m trying to supplement the development of a personal video game project. I reside in Halifax Nova Scotia but am open to shipping products internationally.

Here are some types of projects I’d be happy to take on:

  • Charcoal Portraiture
  • Oil Painting (portrait, landscape, abstract)
  • 3D Modelling (for Game or Print)
  • Illustration (Character Design, Concept Art, etc.)
  • Mural Painting

Digital 3D

I’ve been working in digital 3D for nearly 9 years now with a wide array of experience, including stylized low-poly, real-time and offline realism, organic and hard surface modelling. I can’t say I have a preference for style since I enjoy every part of the process (even UV unwrapping). Reach out if you need some game art, concept art or 3D prints! I’d be happy to discuss a commission.

Tattoo

With over a decade of experience tattooing, I’ve explored many styles, small and large, color and monochrome. I’ve worked as a guest at other shops and hosted guests at my own. I’ve worked in open-floor street-style studios as well as bustling conventions, but my preference is to work from my private studio space, which is currently located in Halifax NS. Typically, I tend to focus on one-on-one multiple-session projects, but I also have pre-drawn flash available.

Illustration

Illustration is the starting point for all of my creative endeavors which I’ve been doing for as long as I can remember. My early inspirations were anime and manga which eventually led into concept art and traditional print design, such as woodblock prints, lithography and screen printing. My Illustration techniques have equally adopted sensibilities from all of these avenues.

Fine Art

The looseness of some physical art mediums cater to experimentation more than others. Unlike tattooing or 3D modelling, charcoal drawing and oil painting really lend themselves to emotional expression. These ventures are mostly mood dependent, but I’m always happy to switch focus and take on some fine art commissions when the request comes up!
